Overview of our Refund or Exchange Policies

 

Our refund and return policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

There are a few items that can’t be returned;

  • Clearance Items
  • Sale Items
  • Gift Certificates
  • Walkers/Wheelchairs
  • Power Wheelchairs
  • Recliners/ Lift chairs
  • Rollators/Power Mobility Scooters
  • Hospital Beds & Mattresses
  • Bathroom Safety Products (Bath, Chair & Patient Lifts)
  • Oxygen (Nebulizers, face masks, concentrators)
  • Special/Custom Order
  • Cushion/Pillow/Hot and Cold Therapy
  • Mattress/Hospital Bed
  • CPAP Masks & accessories
  • Socks/foot products

All other items can be returned if they are brand new & unopened. Due to the hygienic nature of most of products, once opened, most products cannot be returned. Items that are returned to us that are found to be used or in open condition will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Mobilease Mobility Inc. Customer Satisfaction 30 Day Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Mobiliease Mobility Inc. guarantees a thirty (30) day return policy on most purchases.  Orders that meet our return policy standards must be received by Mobiliease Mobility Inc. within 30 days from the time the product was received by the customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us and receive the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form our representative and our shipping address. Using the RMA provided you can return the product via shipping.

 

Once a full assessment has been completed by a technician, any damages including wear and tear will be deducted from the refunded amount. All returns that are not defective, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Mobiliease Mobility Inc. cost of shipping items to the customer are non-refundable when the customer returns a product. The customer will be responsible for the full cost of shipping on all return items. Mobiliease Mobility Inc. shipping costs will be deducted from the customer’s refund. These costs can range from $150.00 for parcel service, $250.00 for freight service and $350.00 for freight service over 175lbs.

All returned items must be shipped in their original packaging including any extra padding to protect the item.

Any returns without prior RMA approval will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

Mobilease Mobility Inc. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on orders where payment has been processed but item has not been shipped will be subject to a 6.75% cancellation fee. Cancellations orders that have shipped will be subject to Customer Satisfaction 30 Day Return Policy. Orders that have been shipped and are refused at delivery will be subject to Customer Satisfaction 30 Day Return Policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 10 business days or in some instances an E-transfer might be issued to the email address on file.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged in 30 days. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 2780 Highway 7, Unit 107, Vaughan, ON, L4H3R9.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2780 Highway 7, Unit 107, Vaughan, ON, L4H3R9.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Policy for Discontinued or Not-in-stock Items:

You will receive a full store credit or a full refund for discontinued and not-in-stock items. For the above-mentioned items, there might be a delay in delivery, we will let you know if there is a delay in delivering those items to you.

Delivery and pickup services are available within the Greater Toronto Area. Alternatively, you can pick up your device from our retail location.

Cancellation Policy

The rental reservation may be cancelled at any time by providing written notice to Mobilease Mobility Inc. However, if the rental reservation is cancelled within 24 hours or less of the scheduled rental start date, the rental reservation will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee charged to the client’s credit card.
