Protective Cover

Peace of Mind with Our Optional Protective Cover ($59.50 +HST): Ensure your rental experience is worry-free by adding our recommended cover, designed to handle spills and incontinence issues. The cover is optional, but it's the only way to guarantee you avoid potential charges. Without a cover: If the chair is returned soiled, you may be required to purchase it outright if the stains are permanent. We highly recommend this small investment to protect you from unexpected costs.

Please Note: We are closed on weekends and statutory holidays. As a result, our booking system does not allow reservations to begin or end on those days.

If you require options not listed on our online booking platform, feel free to contact us at 905-760-2998 or email us info@mobilityinc.ca We offer delivery and pickup services within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Alternatively, you may pick up your equipment from our retail location in Vaughan.

Cancellation Policy for Reservations: The rental reservation can be cancelled at any time by emailing us info@mobilityinc.ca However, if the rental reservation is cancelled within 24 hours or less of the scheduled rental start date, the rental reservation will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee charged to the client's credit card.

Important: A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. After booking, you will receive an email with a Credit Card Authorization Form. This form must be completed before your rental can be confirmed.
